**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact, providing support for all the customer queries
- Scheduling jobs in line with customers’ regular service requirements
- Handling vehicle maintenance requirements within an agreed timeframe, in compliance with legislation & industry best practices.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, communicating to customers in a professional manner
- Work closely with our supplier network to arrange jobs within an agreed budget
- Work as part of a team to prioritise and manage the workload
- Ensure customers are kept up to date, ensuring any issues are escalated to management
**Essential criteria**:
- Experience in providing customer support for a managed service provider
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in using Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, and Office 365
- Desirable criteria
- Experience working within the transport industry
- Commercial vehicle knowledge
- Cost control
- Mechanical knowledge
