**The PR and Digital Marketing Senior Account Manager role**

The PR and Digital Marketing Senior Account Manager will be delivering award-winning work and surpassing client’s expectations, briefs, and budgets. They will be collaborating with, and managing executives, freelancers, assistants, suppliers, co-workersand delegating tasks and responsibilities accordingly. Other responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client and media relationships
- Understanding some broader marketing fields like influencer marketing, organic/paid social media, events, paid media, content etc.
- Prepare budgets, tracking project costs and meeting budget expectations.
- Understanding and monitoring analytics
- Reporting and measuring client’s project’s progress
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise revenue
- Seek out new business and collaborating with the leadership teams
- Managing Senior Account Executive(s)

**About the PR and Digital Marketing Senior Account Manager**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience / experience as an Senior/ Account Manager
- Excellent client-facing skills and communications experience
- Experience having worked in PR campaigns as well as broader/digital marketing (social, content marketing, or paid media)
- Some line-management experience (1 year minimum)
