Noriker Power is a leading renewable energy technology integrator specialising in flexible power solutions that support the UK and Ireland's renewable power grid. From week 1, you will have the opportunity to complete some truly meaningful work, adding real, substantive value to the teams you’re working with. You’ll be learning technically challenging concepts, then putting them into practice to support your team and develop your skill set.

You’ll be working in a focused, but collaborative environment with monthly company social events (completely optional) and will be fully supported by a dedicated talent team and passionate managers. The core objectives of this rotation programme is to help you quickly find your strengths, give you broad real-work experience, and discover the best area of the business in which to kick-start your career.

**What Will You Be Doing?**

This is a 12-month graduate scheme, split into four sections: three rotations between three different teams within Noriker, and a final rotation where you will return to one of the three previous teams.

In your first three rotations, you will move between teams that align with your skills and education. As well as supporting the day to day tasks of the team, you will also be responsible for completing one individual project per rotation. This project will be related to the core responsibilities of the team and will be used to develop an actual business deliverable, alongside the work of more senior team members.

For your final rotation, you, your mentor and the teams will agree where you would like to join permanently, based on your interests and capabilities. You will work on your final project with the team, and complete an assessment. A permanent contract will normally be offered at the end of the final rotation.Whichever area of the business you join, you'll always be guaranteed to experience challenging ‘real-life’ roles and projects that have purpose at their heart.

**Are You Eligible?**
- You are expected to graduate from a degree course this academic year, or have graduated within the last three years.
- You have a passion for working in the renewable energy sector
- Some interest in, and knowledge of, battery storage solutions and technologies, or power markets, would be advantageous
- You actively seek out opportunities to achieve and contribute, you naturally enjoy problem-solving and learning
- You truly believe that hard work has the inevitable consequence of positive outcomes
- You have the legal right to work in the UK without future sponsorship requirements
