We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Support Coordinator in our Andover head office - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Working as part of the Sales team you will be liaising with suppliers and customers, providing admin support for marketing activities, raising Purchase Orders (PO) and internal Sales Orders (SO). As part of the team you will have close contact with other departments including Operations / Warehouse / Finance. The sales support team maintain sales and purchasing records along with supporting the sales executives with enquires on the CRM system, sales reporting and other administrative tasks. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about quotations, products, orders and deliveries.

You must have strong attention to detail and be a team player and highly organised. Previous administration, sales or customer service experience is essential combined with good MS Office skills including Excel and the ability to communicate effectively.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
