Office Angels?are currently recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary basis for our client in East Kilbride.??The role is based within a busy industrial estate which is accessible via public transport but also has ample parking onsite.??
The function of the role will be to provide first class administration support?to the operations team.??You will be accomplished at handling multiple deadlines, providing business support in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service.?
This is a full-time position, and the hours of work are Monday - Friday,?8:30am?-?5pm.??
Key?Responsibilities:?
Answer all incoming calls
Issuing visitor passes
Adherence to Covid safety procedures
Respond to client enquiries either via telephone or correspondence
Open, record and distribute incoming mail as well as arrange outgoing mail
Ensure all filing is accurate and up to date
Diary management
Assist with the maintenance of client database
Providing business support and related paperwork
Filing and retrieving paperwork when necessary?
Skills:?
Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel?
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines?
Self-motivated with a positive attitude?
Excellent communication skills??
