SportsCool Bradford is a company in Bradford & Halifax, West Yorkshire. We are social and engaging.

We are looking for a casual Dance or Street dance teacher who can deliver and inspire the next generation dancers in our studio

They will be teaching ages between 3 to 12

At Sportscool Bradford & Halifax, we are passionate about the quality of our coaching and this is represented in our staff that work within schools and the community. We are looking to recruit more passionate coaches to deliver in our partner schools and in the community.

This role will involve you planning and delivering high quality and engaging sports sessions to all primary school year groups. The sessions will differ between breakfast, lunchtime, afterschool and holiday clubs and also PE lessons which will be taught in line with the national curriculum.

This vacancy is suitable for experienced coaches wanting to join a growing team and build an important role within a business, however it is also suitable for more inexperienced coaches who wish to gain experience teaching and coaching in a primary school setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lesson planning
- Delivery of sports coaching sessions in and out of school hours
- Provide a fun and safe learning environment for all children within the sessions
- Ensure all children are given a positive experience of PE and sport
- Provide excellent customer service to schools and parents

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

- Level one coaching qualification in any sport by a recognised NGB (Essential)
- Level two coaching qualification in any sport by a recognised NGB (Desirable)
- Degree or working towards a degree in sport (Desirable)
- BTEC National Diploma in Sport Level 3 (Desirable)

**Experience**:
Prior experience with coaching/teaching primary school aged children would be desirable but not essential as there is the opportunity to shadow other coaches and be trained up on the job.

Experience of coaching/teaching a wide range of sports is desirable but not essential.
