**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Conduct engaging dance classes for various age groups and skill levels, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students, focusing on technique, performance, and creativity.
- Provide constructive feedback to dancers to help them improve their skills and confidence.
- Organise and lead rehearsals for performances, competitions, or showcases.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive training programme that aligns with the studio's goals.
- Monitor student progress and maintain records of achievements and areas for improvement.
- Foster a supportive community among students, encouraging teamwork and camaraderie.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in sports coaching or dance instruction is essential.
- A strong understanding of dance techniques across various styles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate students effectively.
- A passion for dance and commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all participants.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
