**The Opportunity**

Forming part of the production team, the primary purpose of this role is to carry out the movement of materials safely, efficiently and without damage

**You will be responsible for;**
- Handling and moving materials, incoming and finished goods
- Stock management of all material held
- Providing verbal and written communication when necessary
- Comprehensive recording of all necessary information
- Providing assistance with maintenance activities on plant and machinery.
- Packing materials as required
- Preparation of sample sheets and maintenance of sample stock
- Training new operatives as required

**What will make you successful?**
- Practical expertise in warehouse operations including a Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck Licence and ideally a full driving licence
- Knowledge of stock systems and stocktaking procedures
- Knowledge of quality procedures
- Safety, and environment knowledge and skills such as Fork Lift Truck safety, safe vehicle loading, COSHH, movement and storage of dangerous goods and waste/broke management.
- Goods inwards and finished goods procedures and documentation
