MaxContact provides customer contact centre software that helps contact centres across the UK to build smarter customer experiences. As a rapidly growing B2B brand, backed by private equity firm FPE Capital, we're seeking a Senior Content Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive our success.

In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing team and cross-functional teams such as sales and product to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support our overall growth. With your expertise in content marketing, you'll play a key role in increasing brand awareness and generating leads for our SaaS platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and execute content campaigns that raise brand awareness among UK contact centre and IT leaders.
- Optimise and manage our social media channels for maximum impact.
- Support the delivery of marketing and brand campaigns and projects.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to create high-quality marketing campaigns.

**About You**:

- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content marketing.
- A driven and ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to elevate copy and write persuasive, clear copy on a day-to-day basis.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively, while receiving full support from our team.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
