The Bell Inn located in the heart of the New Forest, hidden away in the village of Brook, close to Lyndhurst. The Bell Inn is a 26 bedrooms and a welcoming bar with great atmosphere.

We are looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team.

The hours will be based on early and late shifts (usually either 08:00- 16:00 or 14:00-22:00) on a rota basis.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assist the Reception Manager in running a busy reception operation
- Dealing with guests queries and complaints
- Answering phones and assisting with reservations
- Dealing with small conference and function enquiries
- Giving a great first and last impression of the Bell Inn

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience of working on reception within the hotel industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well presented
- Able to communicate well with customers and team members
- IT literate
