I am currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to work for a friendly Estate Agent in
Henleaze and Westbury-on-Trym in Bristol
You will receive a salary of £21k Basic with an OTE of £25K+
Hours of work are 08.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. every other Saturday with a day off in lieu.
My client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their successful Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym offices on a full-time basis. The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of their industrious sales team.Previous experience of an Estate Agency is preferred but not essential.
Own car required with mileage paid
You will receive excellent training and the tools for you to be able to do your job
Main duties:
Coordinating & conducting viewings
Liaising with both applicants and vendors
Negotiating offers
Assisting in bringing properties to market
You will need:
Willingness to learn
Excellent Time Management
Good Telephone Manner
Good communication skills
