**Sales Negotiator**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join an ambitious company in Bristol.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to customers and clients in this varied and interesting role.

**As a Sales Negotiator you will be**:

- Book and carry out viewings on properties in the area
- Register applicants and take details, matching them to relevant properties
- Generate and book property valuations
- Negotiate offers between purchasers and vendors.
- Data collection and input strategy information to build market knowledge
- Liaise between all parties until completion of a property

**You will have the following skills / experience**:

- Ideally experience in a sales based job
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated and enthusiastic induvial

**Salary**: £21,000 + commission

**OTE**: £25,000

**Benefits**:

- Mileage paid. There will also be access to a company pool car.
- 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (increasing further upon completion of 3 & 7 years’ service).
