Sewell Wallis are currently working with a large, professional services company based in the heart of Manchester. Our client is a leader within its industry and offers exceptional opportunities for progression and has an excellent staff retention rate.
They are currently recruiting for a Finance Systems Manager to lead and motivate the finance systems team within their Finance Systems Operations Team. This is a highly operational role that works across the business and partners with key business leaders,making you the face of the financial systems department. You will therefore gain daily exposure to some of the most senior people within the company, opening up key development opportunities for you.
As the Finance Systems Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

- Motivating and leading the development of the Support Analysts
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to manager service delivery and service levels
- Proactively liaise with technical and business leads for the resolution of live operational queries
- Definition and implementation of Finance Systems support model for both global and regional teams
- Identification and development for support documentation
- Maintenance of the integrity and validity of data within finance systems
- Developing functional and operational knowledge of the company's Global Finance Systems and polices
- Implementation of any improvements in service delivery
- Facilitate regular meetings across the regional teams to complete issue resolution
- Partnering across the entire organisation, demonstrating key operational and leadership skills
- Build a strong relationship between Finance and IT
