Travel & Expenses Administrator

We have a great opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join our Smartspace team in Warrington providing a full range of administrative support for the Senior Team.
The Key Accountabilities of this role will include,
Completing travel requests (including booking hotels, trains, flights, apartments and arranging car hire) for all colleagues in Wates Smartspace in a timely manner.
Logging travel accurately into an Excel tracker to ensure a full record is maintained.
Ensuring travel is booked to a budget, and gaining approval for any travel exceeding our budgets.
Occasionally arranging external meetings with hotels and business conference centres for our colleagues as and when required.
Answering phone lines to assist suppliers in getting in touch with our colleagues and any other requirements.
Ad-hoc office duties such as stationery stock ordering and booking internal meeting rooms within our office.
Management of company expenses system supporting operations team in monthly reporting and approvals
Management of holiday tracker and approvals process
Recording of sickness following company procedure
Supporting secretary in other day to day administration tasks as necessary
We are looking for you to be an experienced administrator with a breadth of experience, preferably gained within a similar environment.
To be successful in the role you will be a great communicator with solid planning, organisational and IT skills, along with a “can do” approach.
