Marketing Executive

We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Marketing Executive** to join our growing Marketing team within the International & New Business department, located at our head office in Deeside, near Chester.

**Purpose of the role**:
As a **Marketing Executive**, you will support the Marketing Manager to implement integrated marketing strategies for all International and new business stakeholders within a dynamic and supportive team. No two days will be the same, not onlywill you be supporting our International businesses, but you will also be engaging with our partners such as Uber Eats & The Range. **Key Accountabilities**:

- Support to deliver and maintain marketing strategies of all International and new business opportunities
- Help execute brand strategy and plan to leverage the Iceland brand internationally and across new business
- Management of all digital assets
- Critical path management
- Launching of exclusive brands internationally
- Working with the marketing manager to deliver integrated campaigns, with a specific focus on brand building and awareness
- Ability to design bespoke marketing creatives for different international and emerging markets in keeping with the Iceland brand guidelines
- Competent use of Photoshop/Adobe Creative Studio and the ability to design, amend and deliver print ready artwork/digital assets to specifications supplied.
- Non e-commerce website updates
- Be able to follow creative briefs and work to tight deadlines.
- Liaise with other departments across the business and collate key information for the team
- Contribute towards building an integrated digital marketing strategy across multiple channels aligned with the marketing and business strategy
- Co-ordinate and manage marketing activities by collaborating with relevant teams to create and maintain campaign assets and promos
- Managing deadlines
- Reviewing competitor activity
- Assisting in campaign wash ups
- Keeping up to date on all Marketing Planning information cascades and adapting activity in line with any relevant changes
- Contribute towards ad hoc marketing activity

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in a Marketing role is essential
- A passion for everything Marketing & an attitude to want to learn
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience of campaign management
- Versatile and keen to own and drive the marketing calendar / special projects
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on Windows and/or Apple Mac experience
- Be planned and organised but always ready to adapt quickly to change (you will be spinning several plates at once)
- Comfortable with working under pressure & adapting to trading requirements
