**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry tasks using Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked and order new supplies when necessary.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer software including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
