Warehouse Operative

**Job Overview**:
An opportunity has arisen in our Warehouse team for a hardworking and articulate Warehouse Operative. Working within the warehouse function you will be responsible for the picking and packing, storage, loading and unloading of product within the warehouse operation. This role works on behalf of our customers to ensure they are receiving the correct products at the correct time. Working alternating earlies (6am until 3pm) and lates (3pm until 12am).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forklifts - all aspects of forklift work, loading and unloading.
- Orders - assisting with processing for all orders.
- Packaging - unloading, marking up, storing and sampling of all incoming packaging, liaising with QC where necessary.
- LPR Pallets - keeping paperwork correct to enable the site to control pallet labels.
- Maintenance - maintain clean and safe work areas, inside and outside.
- Space management - re-organisation of the racking to accommodate production and finished goods.
- Picking of all orders from picking lists
- Any other duties as required by the Customer Service and Warehouse Manager.

- Good timekeeping

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Current FLT licenses desirable

**Job Overview**:
Working within the Warehouse team your main responsibilities will be to maintain the truck fleet, ensure accurate stock count and rotation, order picking and general warehouse tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain clear rollers
- Scan products into location
- House keeping, ensure clean and tidy working areas
- Replenish pick face and aim to keep full at all times
- Management of truck fleet, including topping up batteries and arrange for repairs /
servicing of warehouse equipment
- Programming of truck fobs
- Order picking & loading
- Cycle counts of finished goods and consumables, ordering if required
- Keeping accurate stocks
- Ensure FIFO is followed, and advise of any low dates
- Investigation of incorrect stock and correction of
- Check picked orders
- Packaging receipt and quantity confirmation
- Cover for Warehouse and Supply chain administrator

**Personal Competencies and Qualifications**

Good Timekeeping, Ability to work unsupervised, team player
