Roof, Bi-fold

**We** **are based in Bolton and manufacture Conservatory Roofs, Skylights, Flat Lanterns, Bi-Fold Doors, Aluminium windows & Aluminium Patios.**

Standard Hours are Mon-Fri 8.00 - 16.30 (additional hours maybe required during busy periods)

Main duties
- Deal with general enquiries/problems over the telephone
- Raise relevant paperwork to resolve issues
- Processing quotes into production files ready for manufacturing
- Communicate with customers & suppliers
- Work under pressure
- Provide support and knowledge on the products we supply
- Resolve customer issues and complaints

**Requirements;**
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Experience of Excel and Word
- Reliable & Punctual
- Knowledge of the Industry or previous experience would be advantageous
- Previous experience using Business Micros/Logikal software is essential, knowledge of PST software would also be beneficial

Salary negotiable depending on experience

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Micros/Logikal: 3 years (required)
- Conservatory/Window: 2 years (required)
