My client is looking for a new Administrator to join their team.Due to a fantastic 2021 they are looking to grow their support team.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for providing a variety of Administration support to the team.
The main duties and responsibilities are:

- Extracting data from internal systems.
- Creating reports using spreadsheets
- Distributing reports to internal and external stake holders.
- Assisting with reception duties answering Inbound calls and transferring to relevant colleagues
- Booking and arranging travel and accommodation.
Person specification:

- Computer literate, including MS Office
- Experience working within an Administration role.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Analytic with an eye for detail.
- Diary management experience.
- Happy to work in the office environment.
