Job Title: Office Administrator
Location : Runcorn (WA7)
Salary : £24k - £25K per annum
Contract : Permanent (full time) - 37.5 hr per week
Hrs:
- Mon
- Fri 09:00-17:00hrs
**The Company & Role**:
Our client is a UK leading installation business providing temporary structures for clients and projects across the UK.
Working as part of a small friendly team, and working in a varied role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service along with covering all office and sales administration.
**As the Office Administrator, you will**:
- General Administration for the branch, including typing of letter and quotes, diary keeping, filing and minute taking.- Answering telephone and dealing with enquiries.- Meeting and greeting visitors.- Allocation of Purchase order Numbers.- Upkeep of Purchase Order and register.- Raising and filing of Sales Invoices.- Processing of all sales and purchase ledger onto SAGE- Prepare wages spreadsheets and accruals.- Monitor stationery stock levels and order as required.- Assist in creation of job packs.- Deal with suppliers i.e., stationery, hotel bookings.**The successful Office Administrator will hold the following Skills/Experience**
- Must have solid previous experience within an Administration environment.- Excellent IT skills with any knowledge of SAGE being beneficial.- Excellent communication skills.- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload.- Self-motivated.
