We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Care Coordinator **to join our head office team here at **A Home for You** based in the Littlehamptonarea.
**Contract**: Permanent contract working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday..
**Pay**: £28,000 to 285,000 per year depending on your experience + car allowance of £660.00 per annum
**Job overview**:
To be the heart of the service overseeing rotas supporting managers and team leaders.
We are a supported living with three sites we are looking for someone who is a people's person who enjoys in interacting with staff and clients.
Part of the role is ensuring that staff are where they need to be to ensure our clients are receiving the correct support.
**Duties**:
Coordinate interview schedules with recruiting managers; attend interviews and take interview notes as requested.
- Supporting the Office Manager with onboarding.
- Occasionally being able to cover if necessary.
- Our clients are adults who enjoy a variety of activities including our small holding that has horses/vegetable plot/gardening mountain biking.
- So your rota will never be boring
- We use Access People planner, so a knowledge of this system is desirable but not essential.
- You need to have experience with digital rotas and have been in a similar role for a minimum of two years.

You will form part of a team with other Team Leaders and Support Workers, working together for successful outcomes for our residents. You will have additional support from the Supported Living Manager and Registered Manager.
