In this role you’ll be responsible for providing an end to end best in class HR advisory service to a defined stakeholder group across our Group (Global functions) and EMEA teams whilst making sure our people agenda stays centre stage.

**THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART**

Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:

- It’s not essential for you to have a degree or CIPD professional qualification (we may be able to sponsor you for this), but we are keen you have a passion for HR and for creating a place to work where all our employees can thrive
- You’ll have strong ER experience and be able to demonstrate strong commercial ER advice
- You’ll have a good understanding of UK employment legislation, if you have knowledge of other European Countries this could be beneficial too
- You’ll be a confident user of the Microsoft Office packages and have experience of HR systems
