HR Advisor
Our client is seeking an experienced HR generalist with strong systems knowledge, general HR operations, administration within HR ad an interest in L&D.

What you will be doing?
Working alongside the HR Director the role of HR Advisor will be to provide HR Advice and full HR administrative and operational support across the organisation.
This may include:
- Review and update internal policies and procedures.
- Management of training programme's.
- Recruitment and campaign management.
- HR general administration - new joiner and leaver paperwork, benefits processing, updating systems etc.
- Championing Learning and Development.
- Preparation of contracts.
- Maintain payroll data for monthly MI.
- Advisory support across the organisation for employee relations.
- Coordination of office facilities.
- Support pro-actively with projects.
- Collate and analyse year end performance and development reviews.
- Leading on HR projects.
- Any other HR related activities.
About You
This is a permanent position, you will need to have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to provide support across all areas of HR.
In addition:
- Relevant HR sector experience within a similar role.
- CIPD level 5 (or above) - desired.
- Confident communicator.
- Ability to use initiative and be a pro-active team member.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional and positive approach to your work.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and at times pressurised environment.
- The ability to multitask and have a flexible approach to your workload is essential.
- You will also be technology savvy.
