Accounts Assistant

My forward-thinking client based in Dartford is looking to recruit a dynamic and well-educated Accounts Assistant for a 12-month FTC maternity cover with hybrid working. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working to specific deadlines you willplay a hugely important role in the continued success of this company.
This role will involve purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, prepayments and accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.You will also gain that exposure within management accounts. A confident approach is essential with the ability to work on yourown but also a willingness to offer solutions and improvements to the current systems.
It is imperative that you have strong Excel skills. You must be reliable, highly numerate and methodical in prioritising your workload with a high degree of discretion as you will be working with confidential information.

My client is looking to fill this role as a matter of urgency, so you need to be available immediately or at short notice. This role is being offered with 4 days working from home and 1 day in the office.
