**Home-based Supervising Social Worker**

**Permanent**

**35 Hour working week**

**Up to £40,380**

An Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted are looking for a home-based Supervising Social Worker to join their team in Blackburn.

They offer flexible working where you can work mostly from home**.** This will give you the flexibility to work from your own schedule and you'll **save money** on travelling.

In this role you will be supporting, supervising and assessing foster carers to ensure that the best possible service can be provided for the families and children. **The caseload is very manageable**, giving you the opportunity to be able to provide the best service to each of the carers you will support.

**Requirements**:

- Social Work England Registered
- Previous experience as a Social Worker within a Fostering environment
- Must own a car and drive
