**Adult Hospital Social Workers - Lancashire**
Pay rate c. £40 per hour (potentially more)
We are recruiting for Adult Social Workers in the Blackburn area.
The roles are within a varied team, and will include
- Discharge to assess- Reablement- Residential / coming out of residential- Social care assessments- MCA’s- Duty and triageThere is some hybrid working available, so you can be based on-site for part of the week and from home for part of the week.
There are multiple roles available, so bring a friend or colleague with you and earn a referral bonus.
