Job Title: Social Worker – Adult’s Community teamLocation: BlackburnRate: £30 per hourAn exciting job role has recently become available in Blackburn. They are looking for a new member for their Adult’s Community Team. What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will advocate for adults to ensure their rights are respected, providing them with emotional support and practical advice to enhance their well-being. You will also safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation through investigation and collaboration with other agencies. Additionally, you will conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for adults in need.
