**More about your role**

As the Regional Head of Technical for North Scotland you will be responsible for co-ordinating architectural and engineering design for multiple build developments across the region. You and the wider team will deliver technical design and approvals required for all development projects, you will ensure that health and safety is at the heart of every design decision. You will be the technical expert at all Regional Leadership team meetings and support land teams for all development appraisals.

**More about you**

To succeed in this role you will require extensive experience required in the Design Construction, Project Management of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure. You will also possess a detailed knowledge and understanding of the construction process for a wide variety of buildings, from low-rise, standard housing product to mid-rise, complex apartment and mixed use schemes. You will also require strong negotiation skills and be able to evidence where you have procured the most cost effective design solution, taking on board the concerns of all involved in the development process.
