**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated **Property Maintenance Trainer** to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for education and a strong background in property maintenance.

As a Property Maintenance Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the future workforce, delivering structured and practical training programs, and ensuring learners meet the required standards of competence in line with industry expectations.

You will work closely with the Programme Manager and other team members to ensure the apprenticeship provision meets educational and industry standards. This includes conducting regular assessments, monitoring apprentices' progress, and identifying any additional support needs to help them achieve successful outcomes.

You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of assessment and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will need to stay informed about current industry practices and any updates to the apprenticeship framework or standards (e.g., via IFATE), ensuring that the assessment process remains relevant and aligned with evolving sector needs.

Your role as an Assessor is to provide a supportive, motivating, and challenging environment for apprentices, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary for their professional growth and career success.
