We are looking for an organised and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to support the day to day operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Coordinator at TBCo:

- Assist with daily fulfilment tasks, including picking, packing, and processing orders, returns, and gift notes.
- Coordinate regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments regarding product discrepancies and order issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and other teams to test product quality under storage conditions.
- Support inbound and customisation functions, including restocking, receiving deliveries, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in training new team members and suggest areas for improvement in training procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.

**Details**:

- Hours: 37.5 per week, 8am-16.30pm
- Location: Based at our Warehouse in Bangor Road, Leith.
- Salary: £24k per annum dependent on experience
- Contract: Full time, permanent
- Reports to: Warehouse Fulfilment Manager
