Chic provide apprenticeships, traineeships government funding and commercial training in beauty, hair, make up, microblading, aesthetics and nails. Chic are accredited to offer Level 1-5 qualifications as well as non regulated qualifications. Also embed Functional Skills Maths and English in a classroom environment

We are looking for experienced tutors who are qualified to teach all levels of Beauty Therapy, Complementary therapies and Nail Services, Make Up and or Hairdressing. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills and be keen to achieve high standards of teaching and learning.

**Overall Responsibilities**:

- To support and guide students to achieve success and realise their potential
- To manage students’ learning and provide a high quality learning experience
- To prepare and review session plans, schemes of work and teaching and learning materials using initial assessments and marked work to take into account the learners individual needs
- To improve learners experience through development of teaching methods and strategies
- Prepare learners for examinations to gain the appropriate qualifications
- Continually monitor and review learners’ progress and support through tutorial
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and progress
- To contribute pro-actively to developments in the Centre in curriculum development and innovative teaching.
- To participate in marketing and promotion activities to support a range of programmes and learning opportunities.
- Prepare learners and get them industry ready
- Work with employers

Must be qualified in either hair, beauty, make up, nails or a teaching and assessing qualification.
MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
