Within this role you will:

- Work collaboratively with the teacher and SEND team to support the education, personal and social development of students, with special educational needs both, inside and outside the classroom, taking responsibility for agreed learning activities.
- To be responsible for the management and development of a specialist area within the Academy and the line management of other CTs.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement of this post.
