An Early Years Teaching Assistant is required in a vibrant, friendly school in North Manchester. The role is full-time for spring and summer terms, starting in January.

The staff are warm and welcoming and truly work to give the best possible experience of school to the children. They are inclusive and aspirational, and work well as a team.

This TA role is based full-time in Early Years and involves supporting groups and individuals in all areas of the curriculum including Reading, Maths, Literacy, Play, outdoor activities, crafts, motor skills etc. You will need to have strong understandingof the curriculum and expectations for this age group, and experience of making and recording assessments. You must have a positive behaviour management and be an encouraging, patient and kind person.

You will also be required to support children with additional needs so a good understanding of SEN is necessary.
