Henson Plant Hire and Surfacing require an account’s assistance on a part time basis, approximately
20 hours per week. Immediate start available and flexible working.

**Role responsibilities to include but not limited to**:

- Raising customer invoices.
- Generating monthly statements to customers.
- Sales and purchase ledger.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Monthly reports.
- Monthly sales and purchase ledger reconciliation.
- Credit control.
- Inputting and checking supplier statements.
- Nominal Ledger
- Supplier payment runs.
- Resolving queries.

**Core Competencies for Role**:

- Ability to maintain consistent productivity levels with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Personable and a good communicator.
- Flexible to working demands/priorities.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Sage software experience.
- Accounting and administration experience.
- It literate, with good working knowledge of Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
