We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team. The Senior Motor Insurance Sales Consultant will provide an efficient and professional service to assist our clients when selling and arranging a motor insurance policy including acting as a senior referral point to the team and dealing with all aspects of the motor insurance sale and renewals lifecycle alongside identifying commercial opportunities.

**The Role**
- To provide a market leading standard of customer service.
- Will work towards having a comprehensive understanding of our products and to strive to be a continued referral point for the rest of the team
- Champions changes made within the business and demonstrates positivity and flexibility when changes occur and provides support to the team.
- Adapts to varying levels of of work volumes and able to demonstrate resilience by maintaining drive and enthusiasm
- To be able to effectively provide feedback, coach and mentor members of the team and drive performance
- To work alongside the Motor Manager and Team Leaders by liaising with our panel of external suppliers in order to ensure the continued smooth management of the whole customer journey.
- Ideally coming from an Insurance sales background with proven experience
- A passion for sales and championing the very best customer service
- The ability to work in a face passed environment and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skill
