**Logistics Administrator**

Panaz are an award winning, market leading supplier of contract têxtiles. With an enviable stock position, and an innovative international logistics hub - we have successfully navigated BREXIT and are now looking to expand our Supply Chain & Logistics department.
- Core hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week between 8.30 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. (With an early finish at 3pm on Fridays)
- Progression and funded training opportunities owing to the growth of the department and the company.

The role compliments a wider team of logistics administrators and buyer/material planners and will involve.
- Working closely with customer service/ sales order teams.
- Issuing correct paperwork for international shipments.
- Obtaining freight quotes and booking international departures.
- Providing shipping status updates.
- Resolving freight & delivery issues and claims.
- Building relationships with external stakeholders.
- Ability to interact collaboratively and positively with internal stakeholder support functions.
- Digital IT skills / Excel/ Use of bespoke platforms.
- Attention to detail
- Willing and daring to challenge practices for continual improvement.
- A self-motivated and positive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop oneself.
- Excellent communication skills.
