We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate **Care Supervisor** to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding care by overseeing our services and carers in the West Dunbartonshire area.

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of care services to our Service Users. You will ensure that all care is provided in accordance with our high standards, promoting the well-being, dignity, and independence of our Service Users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support a team of care workers, ensuring they deliver high-quality care.
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans in collaboration with Service Users and their families.
- Conduct regular supervision, appraisals, and training for care staff.
- Monitor the quality of care services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for Service Users and families, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care plans and staff performance.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other agencies to provide integrated care.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the care setting.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a care role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior care position.
- A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or 4) is desirable but not essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
