**The Role In A Nutshell**

We are recruiting for a fantastic Multilingual Customer Success Agent in an exciting time of change. Sitting within our Customer Success team the role requires both reactive support and active engagement with our customers to improve customer retention, increase customer lifetime value, boost customer loyalty and create a better customer experience.

**What Our Team Needs and What You Will Be Doing**

You will be the first point of contact for our customers in their journey with us, ensuring a fantastic relationship is built, their questions are answered and brand loyalty is built. You will definitely have previous experience with customers, excellent communication skills, be fluent in French or German or both, fluent in English and have a friendly demeanour. If you have Zendesk, NetSuite or similar software experience that would be helpful and a sales background and proven ability to manage relationships would be ideal.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing a detailed and informative service about our products and services to customers
- Resolving customer queries by listening to customers and finding solutions to problems to ensure customer happiness
- Proactively building relationships with our customers all the way through the customer journey
- Maintaining customer accounts on NetSuite
- Cross functional liaising with all departments in the organisation to share customer feedback on products, services and experience
- Be the voice of the organisation when servicing customers
- Ensuring customer KPIs are met
- Translating product descriptions, local market promotions and blogs
- Optimising the use of language on multilingual websites

**You will definitely have**:

- Business level verbal and written language ability in French and /or German
- 1 - 2 years in a customer focused role
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office and/ or Google Suite
- Basic to Intermediate computer skills
- Clear, effective and confident communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload

**It would be great if you also had**:

- Zendesk / Big Commerce / NetSuite experience (or any other customer related software use)
- E-commerce experience
- Any recognised customer service or sales training
- Sales experience
- Translation experience
- Additional European language (especially Spanish or Italian)
- Enthusiasm for dance and gymnastics
- Driving license due to location
