This is a busy and varied role where you will be required to build relationships with customers and process orders. You must have an excellent telephone manner and high attention to detail.

**Main Duties**:

- Manage customer accounts and be a primary point of contact - liaise with and build up relationships with customers;
- Process orders and requests for quotes in a timely fashion;
- Develop an understanding of the supply chain requirements and communicate customers' requirements to all departments ensuring their expectations are met;
- Maintain specific information regarding daily operations of the company and keep the client updated;
- Answering incoming telephone calls;
- Attend customer visits and meetings.

- Excellent telephone manner;
- Ability to work actively within a team;
- Motivated and highly organised;
- Computer literate with experience in using Excel;
- A full driving licence is required.

Experience in a customer support role within a similar industry would be beneficial however, full training will be provided so an eagerness to deliver excellent service and become a key part of a motivated and dynamic team is more important.

- Salary: up to £28,000 depending on skills and experience.
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm
- Holidays: starting entitlement of 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing each year to a maximum of 28 days plus Bank Holidays.
- Sabbatical: one month paid sabbatical after 6 years.

Corintech is a non-smoking/non-vaping company.
