**Role Description**:
As a Stormwater Management Technical Assistant at GRAF UK Ltd, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative solutions in the field of stormwater management. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, combined with a creative and logical approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and planning stormwater management projects, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and are effective in controlling and treating stormwater. Mainly through the use of our attenuation crate solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales team to ensure integrated and sustainable stormwater management solutions are provided.
- Conduct site visits (once trained) to provide technical support prior to and during the installation of stormwater systems.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and regulations in stormwater management.
- Prepare and present technical documentation and admin tasks required by the technical team.
- Carry out calculations to check proposed solution meets requirements.

**Key Aims & Objectives**:

- To design efficient and sustainable stormwater management systems that comply with environmental regulations and meet client needs.
- Continuously innovate and improve stormwater management techniques and methodologies.
- Enhance the company's reputation as a leader in sustainable stormwater solutions.

**Short & Long-Term Goals**:

- Long-Term: Develop new, innovative approaches to stormwater management that can be implemented on a wider scale, contributing significantly to environmental sustainability and urban resilience.

**Role Requirements**:

- High Maths and English GCSE grades as a minimum with preferably Maths or Science A Level.
- Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
