**THE ROLE**:
You will be reporting to the Senior Insight Manager and working with other analysts in the team. You can expect to:

- work daily with SQL to conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour to understand key trends and patterns
- analyse marketing campaigns to understand which channels are most successful for acquiring new customers, as well as understand the selections and customer segmentation
- focus your analyse and work on understanding retention of customers, including what makes them stay, potential churn factors, etc.
- report on campaign performance and customer behaviour to the wider team and senior stakeholders to make them aware of key insights

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?**
- Previous commercial experience working on commercial or customer analytics projects like segmentation, campaign performance analysis, etc.
- A high level of SQL proficiency, having used it in a commercial role
- Preferably have experience with a data visualisation tool like Power BI or Tableau
- Be data and tech literate
- Have good communications for data storytelling and sharing insights
- Be curious and innovative, interested in understanding problems and solving them through data
