Our Rugby site are now recruiting for a Stock Administrator on a full time basis.

**Salary**:£26,500 per annum Per annum

Working hours: 22:00 - 06:00

**Job Description**:
The purpose of a Stock Clerk **is** to coordinate all tasks necessary within the Stock Control team

Key Duties of a Stock Administrator:

- Analyse the pick activity to ensure optimum storage at all times
- Analyse the pick activity to ensure effective / timely replenishment
- Analyse the pick activity to ensure the optimum warehouse layout at all times
- Initiate and carry out PI counting schedule across all clients
- Collation and reporting of count outputs to all stakeholders both internally and externally
- Initiate and carry out external audits as and when required
- Work with the Customer Service team on all non-conformances raised to ensure timely resolution
- Administering of the warehouse management system in line with all adjustment activity to ensure accuracy at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience in a similar role within a logistics environment
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Excellent organisation and analytical skills
- Good communication, and attention to detail
