Inventory Administrator

Inventory Operations Team Leader

**Job Summary**
- You will be responsible for monitoring and completing actionable mails sent to the Inventory mailbox
- Ensure stock integrity both physically and systematically
- Running and distribution of reports

**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**
- Mailbox management
- Running and distribution of Reports
- Escalate any anomaly’s or potential risks to Management
- Ensure sales charges are recorded accurately and appropriately
- Provide cover when required
- Carry out of tasks as requested by management
- Involvement in the bonding process when required

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- professional telephone manner
- Cost saving initiatives
- GCSE Level “C” or above in English and Mathematics
