**Client Advisor - Eastleigh - £22,000 - Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week - 9-5pm Monday to Friday**

We have an exciting opportunity for a someone with exceptional customer service and administration skills to join a lovely small and friendly team within a not for profit organisation.

You will need to have experience working within a customer service environment dealing with high volumes of calls, and love resolving problems and building relationships.

The Client Advisor will be responsible for supporting their valued members throughout the UK, and will become a key asset to the business.

**Client Advisor duties include**:

- Answering a high volume of calls from new and existing members
- Effectively and professionally communicate with all stakeholders and provide high levels of service to meet member needs
- Proactively identify issues arising and contribute to resolution
- Efficiently plan and manage own workload, resources and time to maximise efficiency
- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required, including attending shows and exhibitions.
