We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 14 regions and 3 timber frame factories Right now we are recruiting for a Labourer to join our site at Middlebeck, Newark.

As a Labourer you will report to the Site Manager and will be an integral part of the team. Key responsibilities include:
Security of the site, plots and all materials

Cleaning of properties after trades and ready for sales presentations

Health and safety throughout

Cleanliness and maintenance of the site

Unloading, distributing and storing deliveries

Ensuring materials are in the correct locations
