Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm (with flexibility of shift times and for overtime, including weekends and occasional overnights)

**Salary**: £11-£12 per hour

HealthHero is Europe’s largest online provider of GP and counselling services.

We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Client Coordinator team, to ensure the smooth running of our service that gives client’s access to a mental health and wellbeing support line.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support the smooth running of the day-to-day operational aspects of the support line services.
- To be fully conversant with all aspects of receiving and managing client calls and enquiries into the service.
- To be able to support the team in completing their daily tasks in order to maintain service delivery.
- Ensuring the team complete tasks to meet the required SLAs in customer contracts.
- Overseeing the induction and training of direct reports

**REQUIREMENTS**:
This position is dependent on a clear basic DBS check and two satisfactory references and full training will be provided.
- Be able to work and coordinate with a small team to maintain the service level clients expect when they contact the service.
- Be able to work in a busy environment in a role that requires direct contact with clients.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to handle potentially difficult calls due to risk or distress.
- Good organisational, prioritisation and problem solving skills
