A leading Europe based Crypto Marketplace is seeking a Head of Onboarding to assist with their expansion to the UK.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Scoping, defining, planning and implementing a centralised client onboarding process and team

Recruiting and developing a team which will report to you.

Cover all aspects of AML/KYC and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience

Establish New Client Onboarding Process, operationally lead the Client Onboarding Team once set up has been completed.

Work closely with senior business leads, including the Head of Compliance (MLRO) and CEO, providing regular updates where needed

Develop and maintain relationships with key partners.

Relevant qualifications.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong prior client onboarding experience.

Expert understanding of the relevant AML legislation and CDD.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Any experience with Crypto or FinTech’s is strongly desired.

Office and on-site arrangements are flexible depending on location.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
