Our client **LG Electronics UK** is recruiting a **B2B Field Service (assistant) Operations Manager** to join their business in the UK.

LGEUK service relies heavily upon a small number of product specific service providers who carry out a high percentage of the total repair volume.

As LGEUK grows fast within the market there will be an increasing need to extend its current repair network, bringing with it the need for reliable evaluation of prospective new companies.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **KEY ACCOUNTABILITY**

**Overall Job Purpose**:

- To provide excellent after sales customer service, that will enhance the sales of new future LG B2B products release.
- Be proactive in identifying potential problems and resolving issues as a matter of urgency.

**Main Tasks**:

- To act as the first line of contact to support UK/EU B2B Technical team for all types of issues and queries to ensure a prompt response is achieved within agreed timescales.
- To be the main contact point between the major Authorised Repair Centres (ASCs), Dealers & Resellers and LGE.
- To monitor, report and influence the performance of ASCs, to support Dealers in all areas of aftersales SVC include data analysis.
- To produce and assist in departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) measurement reporting. Regular reporting to key stake holders (Weekly, monthly, quarterly)

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communicator
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication for both English and Korean
- Good depth of knowledge of Consumer Electronics goods markets
- Good MS office skills and knowledge of ERP/ Data warehouse system
- Good judgment - able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility
- Must write and speak fluent Korean

**Responsible for**:Aftersales B2B service management
