**Sales Ledger**
The applicant will be responsible for the Sales Ledger and must have experience using Sage 50 Accounts software.
**Duties**
**Sales Order Processing:
- **
Processing Orders on the computer and generating Picking Lists for despatch.
Maintaining Customer Records and Price Lists.
**Invoicing:
- **
Converting Sales Orders into Invoices, generating Despatch Labels and Carrier Manifest.
**Credit Control:
- **
Post Cash Receipts to Sales Ledger.
Produce Statements and Overdue Letters.
Chase Outstanding Accounts.
**Stock Control:
- **
Maintaining computer Stock Records and investigate Stock Discrepancies.
**Reporting:
- **
Produce Monthly Reports from Sage 50 for the Managing Director.
Produce Stock Reports from Sage 50 for the Production Director.
Produce Monthly Cash Receipt Forecast.
Report to the Sales Director, Production Director and Managing Director.
**General**:
Contacting Customers to ascertain future requirements.
General Clerical and Office Duties.
Assist Purchase Ledger Manager when required.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience of Sage 50 is a prerequisite.
Have a friendly Customer orientated approach.
Knowledge of Exporting and related paperwork would be desirable but training can be given.
A Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and able to work on their own.

Please note this is a Fixed Term 6 month contract - Business requirements will be reviewed towards the end of the term
