We currently have an opportunity for a QA Administrator to join our business. This role will work within our Quality Assurance team, where you will oversea the daily operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to inform them that their account is due for revalidation annually
- Contacting customers to inform them that their account has expired and will be held until they complete the required documentation
- Support QA by verifying and updating GP, Dispensing and pharmacy accounts within the system
- Management of Bona Fides
- General QA Team support (customer account management)
Person Specification:
- Strong customer service skills
- Eager to learn and grow within our business
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Organised nature with meticulous attention to detail
- PC literate
- Proactive and hard working with a 'can-do’ attitude
- Excellent team member
- Have problem solving skills and a drive to learn as much as possible
